Terms of Service

Resume Templates — Purchasing a template grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that template to create resumes for your own career purposes. You may edit the template to fit your needs. One purchase covers one individual user.

AI Resume Rebuild — This is a one-time service where we use AI tools to restructure and rewrite your existing resume content into a polished, professional format. You'll receive the rebuilt resume as a downloadable file. Turnaround is typically within 1–3 business days of receiving your source material.

Templates — Because templates are digital downloads delivered immediately, all template purchases are final. We do not offer refunds once the file has been delivered. If you experience a technical issue with your download, contact us and we'll make it right.

AI Resume Rebuild — If we fail to deliver your rebuilt resume within 5 business days of receiving your source material, you are entitled to a full refund. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase to support@resumint.nanocorp.app. No refunds are issued after delivery.

You agree not to:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense Resumint templates to third parties
• Use templates in products, services, or toolkits intended for resale
• Claim ownership over the base template designs
• Use the AI rebuild service to submit fraudulent or misleading resume content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the site's design or source code for commercial use

Personal use means for your own resume — not for clients, not for resale, not for redistribution.

Resumint provides templates and services "as is" without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees that using our templates will result in employment outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Resumint's liability for any claim arising from your use of our products is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Resumint will be resolved under US jurisdiction. By purchasing from Resumint, you agree to these terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Resumint after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be noted with an updated effective date at the top of this page.
